BMW M2 Bella’s New Color Set to Turn Heads at Mandalika and IMX 2025

The journey of the BMW M2 Bella began with the big vision of Andrew, owner of Belkote, together with Winston from AutoFresh Garage. The goal was clear: to present a car that not only looks stunning, but also delivers performance capable of conquering the Mandalika circuit and becoming a highlight at IMX 2025.

The name “Bella” itself comes from a combination of Belkote and AutoFresh. It’s a personal identity, easy to remember, and has a distinctive character in Indonesia’s automotive scene. The presence of the BMW M2 symbolizes the collaboration of two parties who both share a deep passion for the world of modification and vehicle performance.

Complete BMW M2 Overhaul for Mandalika

1. Complete Modification Process

The initial stage began with a thorough modification process at AutoFresh. Engine performance, cooling system, aerodynamics, and vehicle weight were all carefully considered. Every chosen component had a technical reason—whether to increase power, maintain stable temperatures under pressure, or improve precision handling.

Week after week, upgrades continued. Starting with foundation & safety to ensure the car was safe at high speeds, improving the cooling system to prevent overheating, adjusting aerodynamics for more stability in corners, and fine-tuning to achieve the best driving feel.

2. Performance Testing at Mandalika Circuit

To ensure optimal results, the BMW M2 Bella was tested directly at Mandalika with professional racer Ziko Harnadi. This track was the ideal place to test all modifications—from acceleration and handling to engine endurance under extreme conditions.

This test was not just a formality. It showed how the combination of technical modifications and premium Belkote paint products could deliver both performance and a striking appearance. Not only fast, but also exuding a distinctive character that makes it instantly recognizable on the track.

3. Belkote Spectrometer (Champion-Level Color Accuracy)

The BMW M2 Bella is the result of a collaboration between Belkote and AutoFresh. The car features a new body kit, painted using Belkote technology so that the color blends seamlessly with the factory-original finish.

The highlight at Mandalika will be when Bella is driven in a spectacular drift by Ziko from Garasi Drift. This moment will not only showcase the toughness of its performance but also prove the durability of Belkote paint, which remains perfectly intact even under extreme driving conditions.

One of the key highlights of this modification is the use of the Belkote spectrometer. This tool ensures the new body kit color matches seamlessly with Bella’s factory paint. The result? The finish looks precise, as if copy-pasted from the original color, with no difference at all.

This process proves that Belkote doesn’t just sell automotive paint but also provides technology that guarantees consistent results. For the modification world, this precision is crucial—especially when building a car that must appear professional at a major event like IMX 2025.

New Color, New Spotlight at IMX 2025

Ahead of the action in Mandalika, Andrew and Winston agreed to give a special final touch: a complete repaint using Belkote products. This new color will be unveiled at the Belkote booth during IMX 2025, becoming one of the most anticipated moments. The repainting process was documented in three stages:

  • Panel disassembly and puttying to ensure the surface was ready to receive the new paint layer.

  • Color mixing and painting carried out with high precision thanks to the spectrometer.

  • Finishing and reassembly to ensure a neat and durable result.

Their choice of orange immediately caught the attention of visitors. The products used were AXT Basecoat Mineral Grey and Belkote clear 2100, a combination that proves Belkote’s premium-level quality.
